I purchased some licensing, and now I need more. Do I get a discount?
Yes! Just send us an email and we’ll walk you through the process.
What languages do your fonts support?
All of our fonts cover our standard Latin-alphabet character set, which covers many, many Latin-alphabet languages. Additionally, many of our typefaces now also support Cyrillic, Greek.
How can I buy variable fonts licensing?
Some of our typefaces are now available in the new variable fonts format. As of now, Non Natural Grotesk, Non Tempo Normal and Non Tempo Stencil —and we’re working on expanding the support across our library. So please email us if you’re looking for another typeface in this format, and we’ll do our best!
Can I use your fonts for a logo?
Yes! To use our fonts in logos, only the desktop license is required, as long as the computers used to create the logo are covered. Can I use your fonts on social media?Same, yes! Just make sure the computers used for the creation of any social media posts using our fonts are covered with Desktop licensing.
Can I use your fonts to create ads?
Of course. As long as the computers used to create the documents are covered with Desktop licensing, the resulting PDF, AVI, GIF, JPG, etc. files can be used in any way—including outdoor advertising and other advertising types.
What license do I need for use in broadcasting?
For broadcast use, simply get the Desktop License matching the amount of employees in the company using the font.
What is your shop’s currency?
All prices on our site are in US Dollars.
Can I pay by credit card?
Our shop accepts all major credit cards. Should all work.
Can I pay by wire transfer?
Please email us. We accept wire transfers for purchases over $250.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! There are multi-license and family discounts offered in our shop, and discounts that apply to students, artists, independent mags, bookstores, cultural institutions, museums, galleries and educational organizations.
What is your refund policy?
Our product is a piece of software, so we cannot verify if you have deleted it or not, as such, we cannot offer any refunds for unused purchases.
Can I license your fonts elsewhere?
Yes! You can currently find licenses for our typefaces Non Natural Grotesk (in both Plain and Inktrap versions) and Non Ophélie Display through our partners at Type Department.When purchasing our typefaces through this platform, you are subject to the terms of our official distributor.
What font formats will I get?
This depends on your licensing type. Desktop fonts are offered as OTF files, and as TTF on request. Web fonts are offered as WOFF, and WOFF2. App fonts are offered as OTF fonts, and as TTF on request.
How do I install fonts on my Mac?
To install fonts on a Mac, download the font file, double-click it to open in Font Book, and click “Install Font” to add it to your system.
How do I install fonts on Windows?
To install fonts on Windows, just download the font file, double-click it to preview, and click the “Install” button in the window that opens. The font will then be available for use in your apps.
How do I add the fonts as text on my website?
To add a font to your website, upload the .woff, .woff2 or .eot font files to your server, then include @Font-face rule to your CSS.
Can I modify your fonts?
While you are not allowed to modify the font software, you can outline our fonts in your design tool and change it that way. This is often done for logos, and is within your rights. For modifications to the actual font files, we offer a variety of options fitting for small and large companies.
